About Us

Kia is a board certified nurse practitioner and Founder of LushRX Aesthetics. She believes that the heart of every patient interaction must be rooted in mutual respect and joy. Medical Aesthetics are FUN, let's act like it! She takes pride in creating a welcoming space to make procedures less intimidating. Kia has worked in health care since 1998, in Primary Care since 2005, before developing a passion for aesthetic nursing in 2018. She specializes in non-surgical facial aesthetics and has extensive training in neuromodulators and fillers. Kia's specialty is working collaboratively with you to create a personalized plan. Kia's aesthetic is natural, elegant, healthy but never "done." Her reviews reflect this as she is known for her gentle and subtle approach to rejuvenation. She enjoys collaborating with clients to cultivate a bespoke solution for their concerns.

"I became interested in aesthetics after my daughter was born. I had a newly diagnosed 2yo with Autism, a husband in grad school and a full time primary-care NP panel of patients. Honey… I was TIRED, and I looked it. My first trip to a MedSpa gave me great results but in an environment that felt cold, disconnected and frankly kind of judge-y (read 'mean girl'). I vowed then, if I ever got the chance to have my own MedSpa it would be a cozy, inclusive and positive space. Since then I have been extremely grateful for the opportunity to share confidence growing procedures with my community."

In her free time Kia loves to travel the world with her family (Portugal is her favorite thus far). She is plant obsessed, it's a problem. She is a proud full-grown Disney adult. She also enjoys hunting for treasures at local flea markets, being borderline obnoxious in the stands at her daughter's gymnastic meets and cozying up with a cup of chai and a good book.

Lexi, RN is a nurse injector at Lush RX Aesthetics with a background in emergency medicine, bringing over four years of experience from the local Emergency Department. Since joining Lush RX in June of last year, she has been committed to advancing her skills and delivering exceptional patient care.

She specializes in IV therapy and offers services including vitamin injections, laser hair removal, body sculpting, and chemical peels. Lexi is newly trained in injectables and is now accepting clients for neuromodulators, including Botox and other leading brands. She has also completed training in dermal fillers and will be offering this service soon.

Lexi is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their own skin and takes a personalized approach to every treatment. She also loves skincare and enjoys helping clients build effective routines using ZO Skin Health products.

Outside of work, Lexi is a wife and mom to a toddler, and enjoys hot Pilates, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

With over 25 years in healthcare, Katie is a Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering compassionate, results-driven care in the medical spa setting. She is passionate about forming genuine connections with every client, creating an experience where people feel understood, supported, and empowered in their self-care journey.

Her approach blends the science of medical treatments with the art of wellness, balance, and body positivity. She is enthusiastic about helping clients reach their health, aesthetic, and overall wellness goals, always honoring their natural beauty while promoting confidence from the inside out.

Whether guiding someone through a treatment plan or offering education on long-term skin and wellness strategies, her focus remains the same: to provide safe, personalized care that helps each person look and feel their best.
